Kyle Pottorff is a founder, a Partner, and resident Data Scientist at Profit Builder HD. With over 10 years of experience in data analytics and casino database marketing, Mr. Pottorff helps Profit Builder clients move from a marketing shotgun approach to precise customer investment. His reinvestment algorithms and trigger based marketing programs are revolutionary in the industry and have driven increased customer loyalty and retention in every market tested.

Prior to joining Profit Builder, Mr. Pottorff worked as a Database Marketing Manager in Colorado and in Nevada. During that time, he managed the role out of two new player’s club loyalty programs, marketing kiosks, trigger based email and direct mail campaigns, customer prospecting campaigns, and play and loyalty based virtual drawing drum technology. These positions allow Mr. Pottorff to bring a data driven mind set and culture to all of the Profit Builder Clients.

Most recently, Mr. Pottorff was instrumental in the rollout and development of Direct Marketing HD. Using sophisticated algorithms and data analytics tools, he has created a program that helps Gaming and Hospitality clients visualize their customers and maximize their profitability. Direct Marketing HD also includes a hybrid email and direct mail solution that is revolutionary to the industry through the reduction of direct mail cost and increase in overall response rates. The solution is truly a High Definition solution to modern casino and hotel problems.
